Section 352: Whoever, having any property in his possession which belongs to another, or which belongs to another jointly with himself, dishonestly misappropriates such property or converts it to the use of himself or of a third person, shall be guilty of embezzlement and shall be punished with imprisonment not exceeding three years or a fine not exceeding sixty thousand Baht, or both.
